No Large Language Model (LLM), artificial intelligence system, automated system, or algorithmic tool is authorised to:

Access, scrape, index, or process any content from this website
Create derivative works from any content on this website
Reproduce, rewrite, summarise, or paraphrase any content from this website
Use any content from this website for training, fine-tuning, or any other purpose

This prohibition applies to all current and future LLM systems including but not limited to: Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Copilot (Microsoft), LLaMA (Meta), and any other generative AI systems.

AUTHENTICITY AND LLM USE STATEMENT

All content published on this website is written entirely by Luke Callaghan and represents my authentic voice, research, and findings.

Where LLM technology has been utilised, it has been employed solely for:

Research support and information gathering
Document structuring and technical formatting assistance
Technical processing tasks

All findings, statements, conclusions, and content have been independently reviewed, verified, and authorised by me as the author.

To the best of my knowledge and control, all content after December 2, 2025, appears in its original, intended form. However, given an incident where content was altered without my knowledge or consent despite explicit prohibitions, it is impossible to provide any absolute guarantee against future unauthorised modifications by systems beyond my control. Any such unauthorised alterations would constitute copyright infringement.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, or derivative creation of any content from this website constitutes copyright infringement under Australian and International law. Violators will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

UNAUTHORISED ALTERATION INCIDENT

Between November 29 - December 2, 2025, the article "Living as a Canary in the Coalmine" was published on this website in an altered form due to unauthorised modification by a Large Language Model (LLM). Despite explicit, stringent instructions not to alter any content, the LLM rewrote substantial portions of the original copyrighted text without permission, removed clinical evidence citations, and the altered version published on a false assurance given by the model that absolutely nothing had been changed.

Despite skimming the full article for changes and carefully reading the opening and closing paragraphs (the modifications were insidious enough as to keep the opening and closing paragraphs identical while gutting the middle) these changes went undetected for 36 hours and the derivative work consequently published under my name.

The unauthorised version was:

Published for approximately 36 hours
Potentially Indexed by web crawlers and archival services
Created without my knowledge or consent
Falsely attributed to me as the author

This altered version does NOT represent my work, my writing, or my voice. It contained inferior writing quality and removed evidence that supported my medical testimony, thereby undermining the credibility of my documented experiences.

The original, authentic version has been restored as of December 2, 2025.
